About the Proprietors

Envisioning a one-of-a-kind vacation experience embracing Asheville’s local, eco-friendly spirit, small-business owners came together to create River Row Flats.

Among the first in their respective fields to promote green construction in Asheville with a focus on locally sourced materials, artisans and craftspeople, the pair sought to design a vacation rental complex that did the same. From stocking each Eco-Friendly room with Asheville-crafted coffee and chocolates, to guiding guests to walkable, locally owned dining destinations, to expertly integrating River Row Flats into the community and environment around it, they’ve created a true “home” base for your next Asheville escape. Looking towards a greener future, River Row Flats actively participates in being an Eco-Friendly property for our guests. From cleaning products to in-room appliances and rooftop solar panels, we operate with the thought of keeping our carbon footprint as small as possible. We provide recycling options to each guest and will be adding compost bins in the new year.
